Dairy and food processing plants

From the daily milk input of 1.000 l/day, while the upper limit of daily milk input is not limited.

We can deliver especially the following process units, which may be a part of a complete manufacturing plant:

Milk input - its cooling and storage

Milk pasteurization and storage of treated milk before its further processing


Milk separation, cream pasteurization and storage of pasteurized cream before its further processing


  • Production of fermented milk products including yoghurts, their filling and packaging
  • Discontinuous butter production (drum churns), continuous butter production (continuous churning processors to the output of 4.000 kg/hr) and its packing


  • Production and packaging of market milk and creams of various fatness


  • Production of cottage cheese using various methods
  • Production of fresh cheese, of semihard pressed cheese and of hard (pressed) incl. second pasteurization, own production, salt bath and preparation of salt solutions
  • Whey management including whey treatment, its storage, its thickening , possibly drying
  • Production lines for milk thickening on the tube vacuum evaporators with falling film. The evaporators are equipped with thermo-compressor.


  • Production lines for production and processing of casein
  • Milk spray drier
  • CIP station for clean and dirty portion of the process including neutralization
  • Tubing, fittings, pumps and distribution boards


To the above mentioned process units and assemblies the following power supplying equipment can be delivered:

  • Electrical installation


  • Transformation station including the distributing centre
  • Measuring and regulation of production and non-production operational units


  • Air-ducting and air conditioning system
  • Stations for compressed air
  • Boiler rooms for various types of fuel incl. condensate management and possible water treatment station
  • Cooling both of warehouses and cold stores and cooling of icy water for dairy operations
  • Water utilization
  • Sewage treatment plants.
