PRESSURE STAINLESS TANKS

Capabilities of job-order manufacturing :

  • Maximum outer diameter : 2800 mm
  • Maximum pressure : up to 5 MPa depending on diameter of the tank
  • Operation temperatures : -40 - +200°C
  • Maximum volume: 25 m3

TYPES OF TANKS:

  • Pumped-storage tanks – e.g. pumped-storage tanks of beverage industry- brewery, soft drink plants (max. overpressure 0,3 MPa, volume 1 - 15 m3)
  • Process – is designed for technological procedures at production of foodstuff products, e.g. crystallic caramelizing tanks
  • Storage– are designed as the pressurised reservoirs for storage of foodstuff products

EQUIPMENT OF TANKS

  • Stirring apparatus – of propeller, anchor, scoop, magnetic, cage type, with foot bearing, turbine, special as per customer’s wish. It can be positioned as applicable into the cover, shell, bottom.
  • Mechanical plugs - cooled with liquid, cooled with gas
  • Covers and bottoms – of vaulted, conus shape
  • Measuring and regulation elements – level sensors, sensors, thermometers, thermostats, gauges, servo-valves, electronic controlled flaps. May be delivered with complete control from the control panel.
  • Access holes - pressure, oval, rounded
  • Cleaning elements – washing balls, washing arms
  • Duplicators for heating or cooling – double-shell, half-tube coil, U profile
  • Ventilation fittings – safety overpressure or vacuum valves, special fittings as per the requirement , e.g. air filters
  • Isolation - jacketing made of stainless material, welded or riveted, material: stainless, zinc plated metal sheet, aluminium metal sheet, filling : mineral cotton wool or foaming according to operational temperatures

SURFACE FINISH

  • grinding and polishing - manual and machine up to Ra 0,2 µm
  • pickling
  • jetting by ceramic balls - balottini
