Execution of tube exchanger

It is a straight horizontal exchanger with tube plate made of stainless tubes, with all-welded cover made of stainless metal sheet, isolation of mineral cotton wool.

  • tubes are polished in places being in contact with working substance
  • outer surface treated with jetting - ballotini

Cleaning and maintenance:

The welded tube exchangers the same as the welded board exchangers can be cleaned by the commonly available cleaning agents (caustic soda, nitric acid).
