Cooperation

The quality of TENEZ's products is guaranteed and proven by working with specialised machines and equipment, whose capacity for cooperation we can offer: :

1. Machining

  • conventional lathes for the production of shaft lengths up to 3000 mm with rotary diameter up to 800 mm (450 over support) - conventional milling with start of the axes x: 1400, y: 630, z: 500,
  • CNC lathe for geometrically challenging shapes to a diameter of 460 mm and length 1050 mm,
  • CNC lathe for geometrically challenging shapes to a diameter of 460 mm and length 1050 mm,
  • CNC vertical lathe with table diameter 2000 mm, max. workpiece height 1600 mm and weight 8 tons,
  • WHN13 CNC horizontal boring machine with start of the axes 3500x2500x1600 mm workpiece weight 12 t,
  • VHQ105 CNC horizontal boring machine with start of the axes 1800x1250x1250 mm workpiece weight up to 5 tons.

2. Surface Finishes

Mechanical grinding:

  • Farros - grinding and polishing of the outer and inner surfaces of shells and bases from an average of 500 to 3000 mm (less than Ra 0.2)
  • PBM 20 – belt grinder – grinding and polishing of plates and welding, Worktop surface area 1000x2000 mm and maximum height of ground piece 750 mm (less than Ra 0.2).

Hand grinding:

  • mirror finish, surface roughness of less than Ra 0.1,
  • polished finish, surface roughness of less than Ra 0.4,
  • mat finish, surface roughness of less than Ra 0.4,
  • satin finish

Other possible finishing:

  • ceramic abrasive glass bead blasting,
  • painting

3. Welding

  • for manual welding of stainless steel materials TIG, MAG and MMA (Stick electrode) we have experienced and trained staff according to EN 287-1 / AD2000 HP3 and ASME CODE
  • plasma arm and PAW stand for material with the strength of 3-12 mm for circumferential and longitudinal welds,
  • TIG welding machine / TIG for averages 150–450 mm (longitudinal and circumferential welds)
  • orbital welding for diameters 20–80 mm,
  • submerged arc welding machine for material thickness up to 40 mm,
  • shape material cutting with 3D plasma
  • we have our own workplace and trained staff for NDT-ray, PT, DT macro / micro,
  • welding MIG / MAG 135,
  • submerged arc welding UP 121st

4. Material division

  • burning machine -size of the burning table 3000 x 10000 mm (handling up to 5 tons), burning in 3D
  • burning plasma in thick stainless steel. 80 mm (over 50 mm slit cut only)
  • burning coal steel with oxyacetylen burner up to 100 mm.

5. Possibilities for annealing and blasting of steel weldments: 

  • furnace EBNER: w-3.5 m,h-3.8 m, l-8.5 m, max. 10 t,
  • small furnace: w-1.25 m, h-0.8 m, l-2.5 m, max. 1.5 t,
  • blasting with steel shot: w-3,3 m, h-4.8 m, l-8 m, max. 10 t.

6. Possibilities for fabricating and welding work:

  • bending rollers: w-3.5 m,thickness 30 mm depending on the width of the rolled sheet metal,
  • press brake: w-4 m, with up to thickness of 25-mm depending on the width and angle of the sheet metal bend
  • sheet metal plane: w-9.5 m, thickness -100 mm,
  • guillotine: w-3.1 m, thickness - 25 mm
