Welded heat exchangers

The welded plate exchanger is designed for heating/cooling of very aggressive media used in particular in chemical, pharmaceutical or power industry. Heat is transferred through thin plates optimised to various media flow rates. This enables transfer of high heat outputs at minimum dimensions of the plate exchanger. The plates are connected by welding without packing. This procedure is patented by TENEZ a.s. in the EU and USA.  Welded plate heat exchangers are a unique product of our company and they fulfil demanding criteria concerning structure compactness and corrosion resistance.

Dismountable heat exchangers

Design of the dismountable plate exchanger takes into account the requirement of food and pharmaceutical industries on control and cleaning of inner heat transfer devices. The standard structure of the dismountable exchanger consists of a set of heat transfer plates with patented SIGMAFIX packing and thrust plates connected by tightening bolts. This arrangement is optimal for fast dismantling and re-assembling of the exchanger.

A wide range of plates provides solution to various requirements (flow rate, output and various media) of our customers from various industries, from small breweries to huge power companies.

Tubular heat exchangers

The main advantage of use of tubular heat exchangers is the possibility to heat up/cool down suspensions or contaminated media in technological processes in chemical and power industries.

Another unique quality of tubular heat exchangers is the possibility to make the apparatus “without dead areas”. This quality is used with success in particular in pharmaceutical and food industries.

The special design of the enamelled exchanger, or production of the apparatus from titanium, tantalum and high strength alloy steels, may be used in processes with high demands on corrosion resistance.

The range of heat transfer apparatuses is not limited only to heat exchangers with a fixed tubesheet, floating head or U-tubes. Depending on the required technology, they may be modified as steamers, condensers or evaporators.
