Pressure apparatuses

The design and manufacture of a particular tank allows you to manage media retention or the technological manufacturing processes of heating / cooling, including stirring at sub atmospheric or super atmospheric pressures at various temperatures.

The tanks are usually equipped with a manhole, working nozzles, lugs, lighting, peepholes, agitators etc. The vessels can be equipped with a jacket and insulation casing for heating or cooling.

The vessels are manufactured in accordance with these standards and regulations:

  • In compliance with the technical requirements of the European directive PED 97/23/ES and harmonized standards:
    • EN 13445,
    • AD 2000 – Merkblatt.
  • ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1.
  • Gost.
  • China Code Pressure Vessel, Level D1 (pressure vessels manufactured to ASME and AD Merkblatt Code on media that is not explosive, toxic, extremely or highly hazardous and do not contain liquefied gases).
  • JIS – Japanese Industrial Standards.
  • ČSN 69 0010
  • Upright / Horizontal
    (tubular/square legs, feet and rests)
  • Split / single
    (connection with screws, clamps and sealing flange)
  • Mixing / non-mixing
    (propeller, paddle, anchor, swept, magnetic and specialised agitator)
  • Jacketed / non-jacketed
    (jackets with double casing, half-pipe coil, U channel and blown jackets)
  • Insulated / uninsulated
    (mineral wool insulation, PU foam and perlite, insulation welded or riveted)
  • Surface treatment
    (as required, from unified outer surface pickling, satin finish or glass bead blasting to electrochemically polished inner surface Ra <0.4 or if need be mirror polishing Ra 0.1)
