Stainless steel

Vessels made of austenitic (stainless) steel are primarily designed for technological processes requiring the highest purity of the internal and external environment. This essential requirement of the food and pharmaceutical industry reflects the structural design of the vessel and its equipment. We manufacture tanks of various materials, shapes and surface design according to our own design or customer drawings.

We are able to produce both simple non-pressurized tanks with conical lids of our own production, as well as complex pressure apparatuses (upright, horizontal, split, mixed, jacketed, insulated), whose design and production are in full compliance with the relevant legislation and are certified (notified) by authorities. Our tanks are based on customer requirements and are able to operate in potentially explosive environments. The corrosion resistance of the desired chemical and pharmaceutical industry is achieved by using highly alloyed corrosion-resistant materials. This characteristic is positively affected by the quality surface processing with an emphasis on low roughness.

Manufacturing technology

TENEZ Ltd uses a wide range of modern machines in the production of stainless steel tanks. We use TIG, plasma and flux-cored arc methods of welding that have been certified for the manufacture of pressure vessels. Our licence is not limited only to the range of austenitic steels, but also allows us to weld special materials for demanding applications, such as duplex.

Technological grinding operations are performed on flat and rotating surface machines. The details are manually ground and polished by our skilled grinders. The surface roughness achieved is less than Ra 0.1, which is ideal for the needs of the pharmaceutical industry.

According to our customer's wishes, the surface of our products can be chemically treated with pickling and passivation. The optically uniform appearance is achieved by blasting with abrasive ceramics - glass beads.
